Since I started quilling organizing has been a major problem. I, like many other newbie quillers, bought lots of different colored papers and had them hanging, put into boxes etc. I would put off starting a new project because to start I had to go searching for the right colored papers - and that was a chore.

While at the AGM 2008, I met Molly Smith Christensen who wrote the book “The New Paper Quilling”. One of my competition pieces used a pattern from that book which led her and I into a discussion. I promised her that I would post another piece that I completed from her patterns so here it is ….

What happens when you get nearly a hundred paper twirling artists together in one place? This question was answered at the North American Quilling Guild Annual Guild Meeting (AGM 2008) held at the Radisson Hotel in Warwick, Rhode Island May 2nd thru May 4th, 2008.
